A brief history
I’m Noam, a data-driven self-starter who’s currently working as a Customer Experience Strategy & Operations Manager at Podium, an interaction management tool for local businesses. At Podium, I have implemented multiple CX tools and developed reporting frameworks with CS Leadership and ICs to drive customer activation (Onboarding), maintain 90%+ SLAs and CSAT (Support), and reduce churn (Success). I additionally manage a team of two analysts, responsible for AI tooling and workforce management and oversee weekly Exec KPI reviews and quarterly planning initiatives.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst at HubSpot in Cambridge, MA. In this role, I developed and implemented cross-functional programs, processes, and tools to drive performance and productivity improvement. On top of that, I was surrounded by a world-class culture of bright, like-mannered rockstars.
Before joining HubSpot, I lived in Tel Aviv, Israel for 7 months, splitting time between a program with Birthright Excel Ventures, a cross-culture entrepreneurship fellowship between Americans and Israelis, and a marketing internship at Mindspace, a global co-working space.
Ever since early childhood, I wanted to be an entrepreneur. From starting a non-profit focused around my love of ultimate frisbee and helping those in need, creating ways to solve problems has always been in my blood. While in the beginning, it was only for me (making some extra spending money), I soon realized the good that entrepreneurship can bring.
As a student at Skidmore College (NY), I noticed a lack in the entrepreneurship scene on campus. Besides co-founding a nightlife application with some friends, I set out to create a Skidmore Entrepreneurship Club to inspire creativity and innovation around the Skidmore campus. We had weekly meetings with delicious pizza and talked about anything from pitching ideas, marketing strategies, and our entrepreneurial dreams. In my final year, we planned a full competition to reward the most promising startups.
I can’t even describe all the skills that I have been developing on my entrepreneurial journey. I’m excited to keep on learning and want to offer my help to any businesses that may need it.
Always stay curious.
